Current River Maine Coons began from one small kitten that accidentally found it's way into my home.  This tiny bundle of fur became King of my home and a treasured family member.  He charmed everyone that came to visit and solidified my life long love of the Maine Coon breed. 

 

I'm a small cattery located in the heart of the Ozarks, southern Missouri. I have a mini farm with chickens, horses, dogs, and of course the Coonies.  My cats are all raised under foot in a home environment. This socialization ensures that the kittens you receive from CRMaines are the best representation of the Maine Coon personality.   I strive to make sure that my kittens exceed your expectations. 

 

Breed standard is  uppermost in my breeding program. All breeding Queens and Kings have genetic testing completed so that you can be confident the kitten you receive is healthy with no genetic concerns.  Kittens will come with health guarantees to this fact.  All kittens in consideration for future breeders, will have been shown with TICA and health tested before they can become a Queen or King.    

 

I have no desire to be a large commercial cattery.  By remaining small, I am able to give that personal attention to my kittens/cats.
